His wife, Cora “the Dish,” through no fault of her own, has been his proof listener, thesaurus, and the victor in their never-ending banter battles. Rick finally admits to being a senior citizen, and felt compelled to complete the trilogy before his aging brain degenerated into a puddle of swamp goo.
