A wonderful book for anyone interested in weather and forecasting, with a detailed, behind-the-scenes look at the world of television weathercasting.

Weather forecasts can be stereotypically inaccurate, but that’s a stereotype that’s dying. ” How to Find a Good Weather Forecast” is a guide to the world of weather predictions. Explaining meteorology, the careers behind it, how a weather forecast is produced, and the titular concept of finding a solid and reliably accurate weather forecast. ” How to Find a Good Weather Forecast” is informative and educational, and accomplishes more than it sets out to do.
